Shipping within Canada
All items shipped within Canada will be shipped by Canada Post. Shipping charges will be a flat rate of $6.50 for all orders under $100.00. All orders over $100.00 are shipped free of charge anywhere within Canada. Insurance will be included in the price.
Shipping to the US
Items sent the United States, will be shipped by Canada Post. The shipping price will be $7.50 for all orders under $100.00. All orders over $100.00 are shipped free of charge. Insurance will be included in the price.
International Shipping
Orders placed from countries outside North America will be billed at a shipping rate to be determined at the time of order, dependent on the country being sent to.
Returns
Jewelry may be returned (for exchange only) at the buyers expense up to 30 days from the purchase date. Please email before hand to let me know if there is any problem. Items must be returned in "like new condition" and well packaged. Customer is respondsible for shipping and insurance. I will not be respondsible for lost or damaged goods that are not insured.
I guarantee all my work for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase to be repaired or replaced. After 60 days I will repair it for a small fee. Just send item insured with $6.50 for return postage to:
